Okie... tag aside... so with further updates on my job.. been a week since i worked as a groups reservation agent and Boy it just gets better and better. So i found out that we don't have to rotate shift.. there are 2 shifts during daylight savings time.. one at 5am-2pm and the next at 7am-4pm. So there are 4 of us only in groups and they make it perm for 2 to start at 5 and the other 2 to start at 7.. so i belong to the 7am shift time.
My colleagues there are great too.. fun and entertaining.. and my sorta 'direct supervisor' in Melbourne are actually Jetstar staffs... which means they are not hired by the outsource company they are hired directly by Jetstar... so i gotta ' da hao kuan xi' hehe who knows maybe in future can be directly employed by jetstar 
So actually how my job works is... the four of us here in msia are in charge of group reservations and each of us has a direct supervisor who are in charge in group sales. 4 gals in melbourne and us 4 gals here in msia. So when our supervisors gets a sale (they will deal with clients initially and prepare proposals, group quotations) and once client accepts.. they will send email through to us to reserve the seats for them and thn we will take over and prepare the documents to client to chase on deposit payment... full payment.. name lists or make changes to existing bookings.. very simple job, just need to be organised and keep track of all the group bookings. The best part is any sorta calls that need escalations our supervisor are happy to take the calls.. very nice gals.. my colleague told me that my direct supervisor is the same age as me too and is very nice...
The oni stress i get now from this work is the free time... haha especially 3-4pm there really isn't much to do, so i was like dunno wat to do while everyone else on the floor is so busy with calls haha... feels great that im no longer doing call center agent... so i asked my colleague... how ar when nothing to do.. n she said its fine just take a nap or do ur own things.. say no trouble wan since we completed our jobs... wahaha.
N thn yesterday my colleague just told me another great thing... is that we actually get a higher basic pay of 2.1K instead of 1.8K and OTE is RM300!! N if start the 5am shifts actually get another RM300 allowance!! Wah I dunno y we get higher pay lor.. not to say im complaining haha but i feel our job is actually quite carefree... hmm maybe when the dept was first introduced there were lots of things to do?? and 5am shift was quite early so they need to give some incentives?? haha watever the reason is... im happyy man.
Forgot to mention.. my fren from gamuda came back to me... asked me if i wanted to reconsider if they offered me 2.3K-2.5K... i was like no thanks man... haha am happy with where I am nowww...

Okie so am back... wow surprisingly xanga is quite fast.... lets hope it stays like this.
Anyways.. previous post i forgot to mention about moving house... arrghhh the nitemare... well its confirmed we are moving to bandar puteri and will be neighbours with Elder Chew!!! I dunno about u but i feel that its gonna be quite stressful coz u know u have to be on ur best behaviour for fear of ppl knowing ur true colors.. wahaha n than u dunno where to put ur face when u see them... say they caught me talking back to my mom!?? coming homeee drunk?? wahahaa okie thats jus a joke of coz that never happens :P And than... few houses down like 3 houses away my grandma is looking to rent that house too so that she can stay closeby to us... grandma kinda lonely i guess and its good to stay close to us instead of my other aunts as my mom is home all the time.. anything happen also can be there... and if i ever feel like running away from home.. i can always jus run to grandmas' hahahhaa
Ok so the final date that we will be moving is not fixed yet... i really dread it... honestly speaking.. i dun really like to move to the other side of klang... i feel comfortable at this side of klang haha... and its not gonna make it easier to go to work.. so i gotta wake up earlier and all.. aiee... i guess nothing can be done about it as its the oni affordable rental house that is big enuf for the 5 of us... kinda sux tho to be in this situation.. ppl also find it funny y are we selling our hse n renting another hse.. oh well i think the most of u know the reason so lets jus forget it and i'll update more once we know when we are moving.. so u guys can come n help n be 'kuli' LOL hopefully its after christmas la... wud love to spend my 1st christmas home after being away for 3christmasses...
